After 35, skin laxity becomes noticeable: the cheeks "drop", the skin becomes dull, and pores become more visible. Profhilo addresses this through bioremodelling — not volume, but stimulation of the skin's own building blocks.

What is Profhilo?

Profhilo is a stabilised hybrid of high- and low-molecular-weight hyaluronic acid (HA). After injection it spreads gradually and stimulates fibroblasts to produce new type I and III collagen as well as elastin[1].

Why after 35?

  • Collagen loss accelerates after 35 (approx. 1%/year)
  • Elastin fibres break down faster
  • HA levels in the skin halve between 25 and 50
  • Profhilo replaces precisely these three — HA, collagen, elastin

Protocol — BAP technique

Standard protocol: 5 injection points per side of the face (BAP — Bio Aesthetic Points). Two treatments 4 weeks apart, then maintenance 2 times a year.

  • Starter course (2 treatments): SEK 7,000–10,000
  • Annual cost after the starter course: SEK 7,000–11,000

When are the results visible?

  • Immediately after the 1st treatment: mild hydration
  • After the 2nd treatment (4 weeks): noticeable firmness
  • Maximum effect: 6–8 weeks after completing the starter course
  • Duration: 6 months
