HarmonyCa results & before/after — What can you expect?

HarmonyCa is designed to give "the best of both worlds" — an immediately visible result plus long-lasting structural improvement. Here is what patients typically experience.

Results timeline

Immediately (0–7 days)

A clear lift from the HA component. Some swelling during the first 3–5 days may amplify the effect.

Weeks 2–6

The HA stabilises and you see the "baseline result". This is what a pure HA filler would give.

Months 2–4

The HA gradually begins to be absorbed. At the same time, collagen production from the CaHA starts. Net result: maintained volume with increasing firmness.

Months 4–8

Collagen build-up peaks. Best combined effect: structural definition + skin firmness.

Months 12–15

Gradual breakdown. Plan maintenance.

Before/after — typical observations

• Jawline: Sharper contours, less pronounced "jowls"
• Chin: Better projection and definition
• Lower face: Less of a "triangular ageing pattern"
• Skin: A firmer, more "lifted" look after 6 months

Realistic expectations

• ✅ An immediate lift that is enhanced over time

Duration

Standardised photos at treatment and at 3, 6 and 12 months — these four phases give the best evaluation of the overall effect.
