HarmonyCa is the newest generation of hybrid fillers — launched by Allergan in 2022. It combines the immediate volume of HA with the collagen stimulation of CaHA in a single injection.

What does HarmonyCa contain?

  • Calcium hydroxylapatite (CaHA): 55% — for collagen stimulation
  • Hyaluronic acid (HA): for immediate volume and smooth injection
  • Lidocaine: for comfort

Which areas?

  • Jawline and chin (primary indication)
  • Midface and cheeks
  • Lower face contour
  • Not: lips, tear trough

Treatment plan

Typically 1–2 ml per treatment. Maintenance: 12–15 months. For major structural changes: 2 sessions 6–8 weeks apart.

Who is HarmonyCa suitable for?

  • ✅ 35+ with early sagging in the lower face
  • ✅ You want both an immediate lift and long-term structure
  • ✅ Previous experience of HA filler, ready for the next level
  • ❌ First injection — HA filler is recommended as a starting point
  • ❌ You want reversibility (CaHA cannot be dissolved)

Safety

CE-marked in the EU in 2022. Biocompatible — both CaHA and HA are well-established materials[1].

Frequently asked questions

HarmonyCa or Radiesse?
HarmonyCa has a softer structure (HA content) and is more forgiving to inject. Radiesse gives a pure CaHA effect. An experienced injector chooses based on the area and the patient.
Can HarmonyCa be dissolved?
The HA part: yes, with hyaluronidase. The CaHA part: no. Partial dissolution is possible, but plan as if it were not reversible.
Price?
Per treatment (1–2 ml): SEK 6,500–10,500. More expensive per ml than HA filler, but this reflects a longer duration and collagen stimulation.
